Erica has been a stylist for 18 years. She loves working with blondes and finishing out her clients with her signature "lived in" beach waves. Erica specializes in sew in handtied hair extensions. She is certified in Invisible Beaded Row Extensions (IBE) , Natural Beaded Row Extensions  (NBR) ,  & Hotheads Sew in & Tape in method. Erica is a mother to a precious little boy. Erica loves to spend all her free time with her family. She LOVES to travel! You can find her outside in nature, practicing photography, exercising or doing yoga, as well.

Sierra has been a stylist for six years, & studied Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell Indianapolis. Sierra loves seamless blonding, lived-in balayage, creative color placements, lobs, bobs, transformative haircuts, men's hair, relaxing shampoos, blow-outs, & focusing on hair health.

 

She is an artist and music lover, that enjoys spending time with her son and cat. Sierra loves living in downtown Franklin, and was born and raised in this amazing city. She loves making others feel confident and pampered while providing a comforting space for each client.

Michelle is married to her high school sweetheart, and she just bought her first home and are currently renovating it! She is also apart of the Auntie life and have two incredible nephews and the most beautiful and smart niece! 

Her husband and her have two cats named Sonny and Evie and hopefully someday owners to a pup!
